A lot has been talked and written about Wii Fit. there are many health freaks there that keep forgetting the whole idea behind the Wii is just to have fun, (RELAX , this is just a game)… but anyway, the breathtaking thing is that you can find now university departments investing time and money to really comprehend if Wii fit makes you fit.

I also think that someone who chooses Wii Fit is less apt to try to cheat the system – in the Wii Sport you can get a high score without completing the whole movement, for example boxing by just moving your wrists.
