Like all Wii games it isn't without flaws but one of the positives is that it provides the player with a sort of tracking system. This system monitors your body mass index, the duration of your exercise and the frequency. It does not however explain the body mass index well nor does it explain the roll that age may play into your assessment. The actual games within Wii Fit focus more on balance and muscle toning than cardio exercises.  For many of the balancing activities, an indicator on screen will direct you as to where on the balance board you need to shift your weight. The layout of the game is simple and clean. there's a pervasive optimism that coats the feel of the game. If you're not excited to exercise the bright colors will help put you in the right mindset and motivate you.

Simply locate your nearest independent video game seller or a store that sells electronics and you'll most likely find the section of Wii games that you are looking for.
